Booking Terms
CONFIRMATION Your appointment is confirmed once a deposit is received. Time slots are not guaranteed until payment is processed. DEPOSIT A 20% deposit is required at booking and applied in full toward your service. See our Cancellation Policy for refund terms. PAYMENT Remaining balance is due upon completion of service. PRE-EXISTING CONDITION We document your vehicle before service begins. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage. Results may vary by condition. We will communicate what's achievable before we start. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR ADJUST SERVICE If a vehicle arrives in a condition that significantly exceeds the scope of the booked service. Vessel Mobile Detailing reserves the right to decline the service or apply additional charges. We will notify you before proceeding. PERSONAL BELONGINGS Remove all belongings and valuables before your appointment. Items left in the vehicle are presumed trash and will be discarded. We are not responsible for any items left behind. Areas with personal items in the trunk, glove box, or center console will not be cleaned. No exceptions. VEHICLE ACCESS We require adequate space at the location provided at booking. If we cannot access your vehicle upon arrival, the appointment will be treated as a same-day cancellation per our Cancellation Policy. PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE By booking, you consent to us photographing your vehicle for quality control and marketing purposes. To opt out, please notify us.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Please review our cancellation terms before booking. MORE THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT Your 20% booking deposit will be refunded in full. No questions asked. WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT The booking deposit is non-refundable and will be retained by Vessel Mobile Detailing. The 20% deposit will not be returned under any circumstances inside this window. NO-SHOWS If you are unreachable or your vehicle is not present at the booked location at the time of your appointment, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation. The booking deposit will not be refunded and a new deposit will be required to rebook. RESCHEDULING Reschedules requested more than 24 hours in advance are permitted one time at no charge - your deposit transfers to the new date in full. Subsequent reschedules or any reschedule requested within 24 hours are subject to the cancellation terms above. WEATHER CANCELLATIONS If Vessel Mobile Detailing initiates a reschedule due to weather, your booking deposit will be refunded in full.
Weather Policy
Vessel Mobile Detailing is a mobile operation. Certain weather conditions affect service quality and safety. All appointments are subject to this policy. Who can call a weather reschedule? Either Vessel Mobile Detailing or the client may request a reschedule due to weather. We ask that clients notify us as early as possible - ideally before 6 AM on the day of the appointment. Vessel-initiated reschedules If Vessel Mobile Detailing reschedules your appointment due to weather, your booking deposit will be refunded in full. No penalties, no fees. Client-initiated weather reschedules If you request a weather reschedule, our standard Cancellation Policy applies. Requests made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a deposit refund. Requests within 24 hours are not. Notification When Vessel initiates a weather reschedule, we will notify you as early as possible - typically by 6 AM on the day of your appointment. We will work with you to find the next available date. What qualifies as a weather reschedule? Weather reschedules are based on conditions that compromise service quality or crew safety, including rain, high winds, extreme temperatures, or severe weather warnings. Weather reschedule decisions made by Vessel Mobile Detailing are final and at our sole discretion.
